Information We Collect

When you create an account, book a package, or place an order, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, shipping/billing address, and payment method (we do not store card numbers — payments are Cash on Delivery or manual bank transfer). We also automatically collect basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type for security and fraud prevention.

How We Use Your Information

  • To process and fulfil bookings and orders, and to communicate with you about them.
  • To maintain your account and provide customer support.
  • To improve our destinations, packages, products and content.
  • To detect, prevent and investigate fraud, abuse and security incidents.
  • To send you service-related emails (booking/order confirmations, password resets); marketing emails only if you've subscribed to our newsletter.

How We Protect Your Information

Passwords are stored using strong one-way hashing (Argon2id) and are never visible to our staff. We use HTTPS, CSRF protection, and role-based access control to limit who can view your data internally. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in, remember your shopping cart, and protect against cross-site request forgery. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
