Coverage

We currently ship across Pakistan, including Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, Azad Jammu & Kashmir, and the Islamabad Capital Territory. Remote areas may have longer delivery times.

Shipping Rates

A flat shipping rate is applied at checkout based on your order subtotal, and is always shown before you place your order. Orders above a qualifying subtotal ship free — the exact threshold is shown on the cart and checkout pages.

Delivery Times

  • Major cities: typically 2–4 business days.
  • Other areas: typically 4–7 business days.
  • Remote/northern areas: may take longer, particularly in winter months when some routes are affected by weather.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, its status updates automatically. You can check progress anytime at Track My Order using your order number and phone number, or from My Orders if you're signed in.

Returns

See our Refund Policy for return eligibility. For approved returns, we'll provide instructions on how to send the item back; return shipping costs are covered by us only when the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
