Sadpara Lake serves as the primary source of fresh drinking water and hydroelectric power for Skardu town through the enlarged Sadpara Dam project. Visitors can enjoy peaceful wooden boat rides across the clear waters indulge in fresh trout fishing along the shore and photograph the scenic contrast of blue waters against arid mountain ridges.
